About Your Lesson:
Your initial consultation is free and gives you the opportunity to share with me any illness, injury or limitation to practice as well as your personal goals for private yoga lessons. It also gives me the chance to consider your fitness level, stress levels and to discuss with you what your expectations are. Perhaps you want to work towards mastering specific poses, or target specific areas or develop a home practice.
